Call Interceptor ("l'App"), sviluppata da Easy System ("noi", "nostro"), è un'applicazione di filtraggio chiamate che consente di bloccare chiamate indesiderate e rispondere automaticamente tramite SMS o WhatsApp. La presente informativa descrive come trattiamo i dati degli utenti.
1. Dati raccolti e finalitÃ
L'App raccoglie e tratta i seguenti dati esclusivamente sul dispositivo dell'utente:
- Numeri di telefono in entrata - analizzati in tempo reale per determinare se la chiamata deve essere accettata o rifiutata. I numeri non vengono salvati in modo permanente, salvo quelli inseriti manualmente nella lista bloccati dall'utente.
- Rubrica contatti - consultata localmente per verificare se il chiamante è un contatto noto. Nessun dato della rubrica viene copiato o trasmesso.
- Cronologia SMS inviati - consultata localmente per evitare l'invio di SMS duplicati allo stesso numero.
- Preferenze utente - impostazioni di configurazione dell'App (messaggi personalizzati, limiti SMS, liste di numeri consentiti/bloccati).
2. Archiviazione dei dati
Tutti i dati sono archiviati esclusivamente sul dispositivo dell'utente tramite SharedPreferences di Android. In particolare:
- Nessun dato viene trasmesso a server esterni di nostra proprietà .
- Nessun dato viene salvato su cloud.
- Il backup automatico dei dati dell'App è disabilitato.
- Il trasferimento dati tra dispositivi è disabilitato.
3. Condivisione con terze parti
L'App non condivide dati personali con terze parti, con le seguenti eccezioni funzionali:
- Operatore telefonico - quando la funzione di risposta SMS è attiva, il numero del chiamante e il messaggio personalizzato vengono trasmessi attraverso il servizio SMS del dispositivo.
- WhatsApp - quando la funzione WhatsApp è attiva, il numero del chiamante e il messaggio vengono passati all'app WhatsApp tramite intent Android. L'invio effettivo richiede conferma manuale dell'utente.
- Google Play - per la gestione dell'abbonamento premium, Google Play Billing elabora i dati di acquisto secondo la Privacy Policy di Google.
4. Permessi richiesti
L'App richiede i seguenti permessi Android, ciascuno necessario per il funzionamento:
- Screening chiamate - per intercettare e filtrare le chiamate in entrata.
- Stato del telefono - per rilevare le chiamate in arrivo.
- Lettura contatti - per verificare se il chiamante è in rubrica.
- Invio SMS - per inviare risposte automatiche ai chiamanti rifiutati.
- Lettura SMS - per verificare se un SMS è già stato inviato a un numero.
- Notifiche - per informare l'utente delle azioni eseguite.
5. Sicurezza
- Tutte le comunicazioni di rete sono limitate a connessioni sicure (HTTPS).
- Nessun servizio di analytics, tracciamento o pubblicità è integrato nell'App.
- I dati rimangono sul dispositivo e sono protetti dalle misure di sicurezza del sistema operativo Android.
6. Conservazione e cancellazione dei dati
- I numeri di telefono in entrata vengono elaborati solo in memoria durante la chiamata e non vengono salvati.
- La lista dei numeri bloccati è conservata finché l'utente non la modifica.
- Il contatore SMS mensile si azzera automaticamente ogni mese.
- Per cancellare tutti i dati: è sufficiente disinstallare l'App o cancellare i dati dell'App dalle impostazioni Android.
7. Minori
L'App è aperta a tutti, raccoglie i numeri di telefono bloccati e non condivide dati al di fuori del dispositivo ove è istallata.
8. Modifiche alla privacy policy
Eventuali modifiche a questa informativa saranno pubblicate su questa pagina con la data di aggiornamento. L'uso continuato dell'App dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione della nuova informativa.

Call Interceptor ("the App"), developed by Easy System ("we", "our"), is a call-filtering application that lets you block unwanted calls and reply automatically via SMS or WhatsApp. This policy describes how we handle user data.
1. Data collected and purposes
The App collects and processes the following data exclusively on the user's device:
- Incoming phone numbers – analyzed in real time to determine whether a call should be accepted or rejected. Numbers are not stored permanently, except those manually added to the user's blocked list.
- Contacts – consulted locally to check whether the caller is a known contact. No contact data is copied or transmitted.
- Sent SMS history – consulted locally to avoid sending duplicate SMS messages to the same number.
- User preferences – App configuration settings (custom messages, SMS limits, allowed/blocked number lists).
2. Data storage
All data is stored exclusively on the user's device via Android SharedPreferences. Specifically:
- No data is transmitted to any external servers owned by us.
- No data is saved to the cloud.
- Automatic backup of App data is disabled.
- Data transfer between devices is disabled.
3. Third-party sharing
The App does not share personal data with third parties, with the following functional exceptions:
- Mobile carrier – when the SMS auto-reply feature is active, the caller's number and the custom message are transmitted through the device's SMS service.
- WhatsApp – when the WhatsApp feature is active, the caller's number and message are passed to the WhatsApp app via an Android intent. The actual sending requires manual confirmation from the user.
- Google Play – for managing the premium subscription, Google Play Billing processes purchase data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Required permissions
The App requires the following Android permissions, each necessary for its operation:
- Call screening – to intercept and filter incoming calls.
- Phone state – to detect incoming calls.
- Read contacts – to check whether the caller is in the address book.
- Send SMS – to send automatic replies to rejected callers.
- Read SMS – to check whether an SMS has already been sent to a number.
- Notifications – to inform the user of actions performed.
5. Security
- All network communications are limited to secure connections (HTTPS).
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising services are integrated into the App.
- Data remains on the device and is protected by Android OS security measures.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Incoming phone numbers are processed only in memory during the call and are not saved.
- The blocked number list is retained until the user modifies it.
- The monthly SMS counter resets automatically each month.
- To delete all data: simply uninstall the App or clear the App's data from Android settings.
7. Minors
The App is open to everyone, collects blocked phone numbers, and does not share data outside the device on which it is installed.
8. Changes to this privacy policy
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
